Job Requirements
- Good driving record and fully insured with active driver’s license
- At least 21 years of age
- Personal vehicle not required but strongly encouraged
- Highly flexible with ability to work long hours
- Knowledge of local areas including restaurants and stores
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Must be reliable with positive attitude
- Must show complete discretion about work
- Background check required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Four year degree in telecommunications-related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- COVID-19 vaccination required subject to valid exemptions
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate various aspects of live events
- Transport crew to and from airports, hotels, stores, and event sites
- Purchase products and materials required for the event from local stores
- Facilitate crew meal orders with local restaurants
- Coordinate laundry pickups with approved vendors
- Conduct cash reconciliation
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed
