Job Requirements
- 4+ years experience in live entertainment production management or event coordination
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to make decisions with limited information
- proficiency with technical rider review and stage plots
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong organizational and communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or Vectorworks
- able to work in loud and bright environments
- excellent references
- bilingual preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as production manager, promoter representative, or event coordinator in live entertainment
- general knowledge of touring production and venue operations, High school diploma or equivalent, Strong problem-solving skills, Ability to make concise decisions under pressure, Proficiency in technical rider review, stage and lighting plots, A/V systems, rigging, and structure safety, Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environment, Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- familiarity with AutoCAD or Vectorworks, Excellent references, Bilingual a plus, OSHA 10/30 certification a plus
Job Duties
- Coordinate between tour/private production and venues including presale technical information, Interface with local vendors, tours, clients and venue teams for show requirements, Manage day-of-show production from load-in to load-out ensuring customer service and adherence to schedules, Oversee show settlement and processing of artist and vendor payments, Track expenses and reconcile invoices for cost-effectiveness, Represent Live Nation at scheduled shows and manage production responsibilities for non-Amphitheater shows, Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors for safe and successful events, Ensure compliance with local fire codes, safety regulations, and ADA standards, Implement all Live Nation policies, procedures and programs, Manage and execute artist technical riders within venue capabilities, Undertake other projects and initiatives as identified
