Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years’ bartending experience in luxury hospitality
  • Alcohol service certification required
  • Food Handler certification required
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and energetic environment
  • Compliance with all safety and hygiene standards
  • Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds and endure extended periods of standing
  • Ability to work in varying temperature and noise conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years’ bartending experience in a luxury setting
  • Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food service
  • Alcohol service certification
  • Food Handler certification
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Friendly and energetic demeanor
  • Social perceptiveness
  • Knowledge of county and state-specific alcohol and food safety laws

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • Share knowledge of the food, services, and amenities available to guests to enhance their experience
  • Create a fun and positive environment that contributes to an extraordinary guest experience
  • Receive and accurately process food orders at the bar, ensuring timely delivery
  • Uphold state, federal, and property-specific policies regarding alcohol and food service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Assist and support fellow team members during peak service times
