Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience engaging audiences on live streaming platforms
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Vancouver, Washington
- Comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods
- Reliable internet and technological setup for live streaming
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without direct supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in front of a camera such as live streaming, acting, improv, or hosting
- Passion for nutrition and supplements or willingness to dive deep into product science
- Experience selling or presenting on TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Coachable with the ability to accept feedback and adapt
- Leadership instincts including strategic thinking and team coordination
- Excellent communication and audience engagement skills
Job Duties
- Host live selling sessions (minimum 2 hours per stream) on TikTok and other platforms, independently managing setup through sign-off
- Present a portfolio of products like Nitric Oxide, Prostate Health, Perimeno Health, Gut Health, Liver Health, Spirulina, and more with genuine knowledge, credibility, and authenticity
- Engage the live audience in real time: answer questions, handle objections, build rapport, and close sales
- Self-manage your schedule, pre-stream prep, and post-stream review without daily hand-holding
- Test and iterate on hooks, demos, interaction tactics, and CTAs
- use performance insights to scale what works
- Film short-form TikTok content between live sessions to build organic reach
- Provide direct feedback to leadership on what's landing, what's not, and what the audience is asking for
