Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Film Production, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital media or streaming operations
- 1-3 years of experience supporting live online video workflows, including signal acquisition and SCTE-based signaling
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure, live environments
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Structured, self-directed approach to problem solving and task management
- Working knowledge of OTT and live streaming platforms
Job Qualifications
- Understanding of the streaming or media market/industry
- 3+ years of experience in digital media or streaming operations
- 1-3 years of experience supporting live online video workflows, including signal acquisition (satellite, fiber, TS) and SCTE-based signaling
- Experience managing linear programming schedules and EPGs
- Familiarity with metadata concepts and feed formats (e.g., XML, JSON)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business contexts
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Structured, self-directed approach to problem solving and task management
- Working knowledge of OTT and live streaming platforms

Job Duties
- Coordinate schedules and operational readiness for upcoming live sporting events with internal teams and content partners
- Provide real-time operational support for multiple concurrent live streaming events
- Own Tier-1 live events end-to-end, ensuring a high-quality viewer experience
- Manage task execution across production teams, service partners, and supporting engineers during live events
- Partner with senior engineers to triage and mitigate high-severity incidents while supporting root-cause analysis
- Produce post-event reports and operational summaries for Live Operations leadership
- Contribute to the development, testing, and improvement of operational tools and automation
- Coordinate customer notifications, escalations, and follow-ups to meet service level objectives
- Support onboarding and training of new Live Operations team members as the organization scales
