Job Requirements
- Previous home care experience of 1 or more years
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
- Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Driver license
- Physical endurance to complete required tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work in the USA
- Must be very reliable
- Must be willing to take care of a couple

Job Duties
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside such as doctor’s appointments and walks
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
- Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties including preparing meals
- Report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Follow the client’s care plan
