Job Requirements

  • Must be US based
  • Preferably located in Los Angeles or open to remote work
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Must be a systems-builder who can create and follow checklists for repeatable, flawless event execution
  • Must have 3+ years of verifiable experience in live event production and/or tour management
  • Proven portfolio of successfully managed events
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solve complex logistical problems under extreme pressure
  • Must love all types of people
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and G-Suite
  • Experience with event booking and management software

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of verifiable experience in live event production and/or tour management
  • A proven portfolio or list of past events, tours, or productions that have been successfully managed
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using project management tools like ClickUp or similar
  • Proficiency with Google Drive and G-Suite
  • Familiarity with event booking and management software
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and solve problems proactively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Own all event and tour logistics, from routing and scheduling to booking venues, travel, and accommodations for the entire team
  • Lead all pre-production including tech riders, vendor contracts, and run-of-show, along with on-site production, coordinating with vendors, volunteers, and partners to ensure flawless technical and attendee experience
  • Constantly build and nurture a global network of partners, churches, and venues to create a sustainable pipeline for future tours
  • Manage all event-related communications and logistics within project management tools with clarity and accountability
  • Develop scalable systems for future event booking
  • Secure and confirm venues, dates, and core vendors for target events well in advance
  • Run and manage all scheduled events professionally and efficiently
