Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or nightclub service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and service standards
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical equipment usage
- Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, standards
- Assist cocktail servers in carrying beverages to guests as necessary
- Set tables with mixers and glassware, restock server stations
- Clear and clean tables and set up table for the next customers
- Supervise quality of busser staff
- Prepare and assign sections for bussers nightly
- Work closely with hostess staff and management team to ensure efficient service for customers
- Provide feedback on staff performance to manager
- Report any issues or disciplinary problems to manager
- Perform other related duties as assigned
