Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant or nightclub
- Food Safety Employee Training
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Florida state laws relating to liquor, labor, and health regulations
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Knowledge of nightclub operations and related software systems
- Ability to manage payroll and inventory
- Ability to resolve guest concerns efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of nightclub operations, fine dining procedures, beverage service, purchasing, receiving, inventory, cost controls, special events / banquets, profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll, Microsoft Office, POS register and back office reporting systems
- Must also be knowledgeable of Florida state laws as they apply to liquor, labor, and health regulations
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, delegation, and organizational skills, with a high level of integrity
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions
- A minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant / nightclub
- High school education or equivalent
- Food Safety Employee Training required
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) required
Job Duties
- Assists with the recruitment, training and development of nightclub staff
- Processes payroll, audits nightclub inventory, and orders supplies and equipment needed to operate the nightclub
- Ensures nightclub and all equipment are clean and in working order in accordance with state and local regulations
- Resolve guest concerns and implement resolutions
- Schedule labor force and assign work for efficient use of equipment and personnel
- Ensure compliance by all nightclub personnel with Company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures
- Plan, manage, and monitor work as well as hiring, communicating, coaching staff, and building relationships
- Perform other related duties as assigned
