Job Duties
- Assist in preparing the nightclub venue before opening
- arrange and restock necessary supplies including glassware and napkins
- welcome guests and guide them to their tables
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- collaborate with servers to ensure timely delivery of drinks and food
- assist servers in clearing empty glassware and plates
- monitor and maintain cleanliness of tables, seating areas, and dance floor
- clear tables and reset with clean items
- respond to guest requests courteously
- monitor nightclub environment for safety
- assist in cleaning and closing the venue
- engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner
- familiarize with the drink menu and recommend specialty cocktails
- participate in special events and promotions
- process payments accurately
- build positive relationships with regular guests
- coordinate with bartenders and servers for smooth service
- maintain a polished appearance adhering to dress code
- create and share engaging social media content
- engage in live streaming sessions showcasing cocktail preparation
- interact with followers on social media
- encourage patron user-generated content
