Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in cash handling and customer service preferred
- Must meet legal age requirements to handle alcohol sales
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced busy somewhat stressful environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math and cash handling

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cash handling and customer service preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier for a nightclub is a plus
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and ability to learn new software quickly
- Capability to manage a busy cashier station prioritize tasks and maintain order
- Must meet legal age requirements to handle alcohol sales and work in nightlife environment
- Strong interpersonal skills focused on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in basic math and arithmetic for accurate cash handling
- Excellent verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage cash transactions accurately including handling cash credit cards and electronic payments at the cash register during the nightclub's operational hours
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor providing excellent service while ensuring a positive experience
- Sell and process admission tickets and other entry passes adhering to pricing guidelines and promotions
- Verify age of customers to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements and club policies
- Stay informed about events promotions and special offers to provide accurate information and enhance ticket sales
- Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints professionally and promptly to maintain positive relations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station ensuring availability of supplies
- Work closely with bartenders servers security and other club staff to ensure seamless coordination during busy hours and special events
- Conduct end-of-shift cash reconciliations to balance cash registers and prepare reports for management
- Adhere to laws regulations and club policies including those related to alcohol service and cash handling
- Promote nightclub services merchandise and events to increase sales and revenue
- Stay vigilant for suspicious activity or counterfeit currency and report immediately
