Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3 months or more of barista experience preferred
- ability to handle stress under pressure
- ability to provide quality customer service
- ability to learn and use technical equipment such as espresso machines
- ability to accurately exchange currency with customers
- ability to reconcile all cash and currency
- willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
- ability to learn and use company computer to input data
- ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold beverages
- prepare foods for sale as needed
- accurately handle cash and reconcile change due to customers
- open and/or close the coffeehouse as scheduled
- maintain cleanliness in coffeehouse and service areas at all times
- deliver quality customer service at all times
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of coffeehouse products as well as restaurant menu and general restaurant information
