Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum 3 months barista experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- cash handling and reconciliation skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand frequently and lift up to 25 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
Job Qualifications

- 3 months or more of barista experience preferred
- ability to handle stress under pressure
- ability to provide quality customer service
- ability to learn and use technical equipment
- ability to accurately exchange currency

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold beverages
- prepare foods for sale as needed
- accurately handle cash and reconcile change
- open and/or close the coffeehouse as scheduled
- maintain cleanliness in coffeehouse and service areas
- deliver quality customer service
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of coffeehouse products and restaurant menu
