- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- Ability to operate OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Capacity to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide the first impression of the restaurant
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth guest flow
- Monitor guest behavior and respond proactively to their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Assist with incoming calls and guest inquiries
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and service throughout the guest experience
