Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a hospitality or food service environment
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of reservation systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and positive demeanor
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide an inviting first impression
  • Manage guest seating and reservations using OpenTable
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to optimize table turnover
  • Respond to guest inquiries professionally and with a positive attitude
  • Monitor guest behavior to anticipate needs and enhance their dining experience
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Support team members to promote a cohesive and hospitable environment
