Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a hospitality or food service environment
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of reservation systems
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and positive demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide an inviting first impression
- Manage guest seating and reservations using OpenTable
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to optimize table turnover
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and with a positive attitude
- Monitor guest behavior to anticipate needs and enhance their dining experience
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Support team members to promote a cohesive and hospitable environment
