Job Requirements

- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications
- experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage the seating flow
- manage reservations and waiting lists using OpenTable
- communicate effectively with the front and back of house teams
- anticipate guest needs and provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist guests with inquiries and special requests
- uphold the restaurant's hospitality standards
