Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- basic knowledge of computer systems and reservation software
- strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry preferred
- proficiency with reservation management software like OpenTable

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable
- coordinate with kitchen and service staff to optimize guest flow
- respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist in managing waitlists and guest notifications
- ensure guests have a positive and memorable first impression upon entering the restaurant
