Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or customer service experience
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- basic knowledge of restaurant reservation systems such as OpenTable
- positive and approachable demeanor
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capacity to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage guest reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable
- coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth guest flow
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- assist with opening and closing duties when required
- support team members to ensure a cohesive and welcoming environment
