- prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- ability to use reservation software like OpenTable
- excellent communication skills

- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide exceptional first impressions
- manage guest seating and reservations effectively using OpenTable
- coordinate with front and back of house staff for seamless guest experience
- respond to guests’ queries and special requests promptly and professionally
- maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area
- support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner throughout their dining experience
