Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to use reservation software such as OpenTable
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain poise under pressure
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage seating arrangements and reservations
- facilitate smooth communication between hosting and serving staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
- utilize OpenTable software to manage bookings and guest information
- respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries
- assist in coordinating guest flow to optimize dining room operations
