Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixing techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of regional and seasonal cocktail ingredients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Familiarity with beverage service standards
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to the cocktail program
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain bar product quality
  • Educate guests about cocktail menu, including inspiration and history
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
