Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixing techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of regional and seasonal cocktail ingredients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with beverage service standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to the cocktail program
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain bar product quality
- Educate guests about cocktail menu, including inspiration and history
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
