Job Duties
- lead the entire culinary team including production, prep, catering, purchasing and receiving
- ensure maximum efficiency and productivity to achieve guest satisfaction
- review and evaluate daily guest feedback
- oversee recipe execution and education for culinary and service staff
- direct food production and plating from the pass during service
- properly and efficiently train all line cooks
- meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
