Job Duties

  • lead the entire culinary team including production, prep, catering, purchasing and receiving
  • ensure maximum efficiency and productivity to achieve guest satisfaction
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback
  • oversee recipe execution and education for culinary and service staff
  • direct food production and plating from the pass during service
  • properly and efficiently train all line cooks
  • meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
