Job Requirements

  • be 18 years or older
  • have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • possess at least 10 years of culinary experience including five years in senior management
  • demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
  • able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • have knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • have at least 10 years of progressive culinary experience with five years in senior management
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • expertise in Northern Mexican cuisine or similar culinary styles
  • ability to oversee catering and purchasing functions
  • excellent communication and training skills
  • proficiency in budgeting and cost control
  • committed to fostering an educational and supportive kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • lead entire culinary team directing day-to-day kitchen operations including production prep catering purchasing and receiving
  • ensure culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity to achieve guest satisfaction
  • review and evaluate daily guest feedback
  • oversee recipe execution and education process for culinary and service staff
  • direct food production and plating from the pass during service
  • train line cooks properly and efficiently
  • meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
