Job Duties

  • Lead entire culinary team and oversee kitchen operations
  • Direct food production, preparation, catering, purchasing, and receiving

  • Review and evaluate daily guest feedback
  • Oversee recipe execution and culinary education
  • Train line cooks effectively
  • Manage food cost percentages to meet budget
