Job Duties
- Lead the culinary team and direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
- cater and manage purchasing and receiving
- ensure culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity
- review and evaluate daily guest feedback
- oversee recipe execution and education for culinary and service staff
- direct food production and plating during service
- train all line cooks properly and efficiently
- meet or exceed food cost budget
- foster an educational environment for culinary staff development
