Job Requirements
- 18 years or older to clean appropriate operational machinery
- may be required to lift up to 55 lbs
- push and pull up to 55lbs
- active movement throughout the day: walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, etc (not a sedentary position)
- vision: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- hearing: able to satisfactorily communicate with customers and other staff members to ensure that verbal communication is clearly understood, or a satisfactorily-equivalent method of communication
- finger dexterity is needed to prepare product
- exposure to moderate noise levels and hectic, fast-paced, high anxiety environments
- must be able to work with 650 degrees oven temperatures
- must be able to withstand 90 degrees heat in the summer
Job Qualifications
- Preferred minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

Job Duties
- Accurately perform and assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of Little Caesar menu items
- stock delivery in designated locations with first-in-first-out rotation
- operate commercial equipment for dough and sauce preparation daily
- maintain daily preps, answer phones, accurately take and assemble customer orders
- ensure online portal and online delivery orders meet customer promise time
- perform daily cleaning duties, maintaining high standards that represent and reflect the corporate image
- perform routine sanitization and disinfection as recommended
- properly disassemble, clean, and reassemble operational equipment, such as the dough equipment (only if 18 years of age or older), while following lock-out tag-out guidelines
- maintain appropriate uniform attire and good personal hygiene
- additional duties as assigned
