Job Requirements
- 18 years or older to clean operational equipment
- May be required to lift up to 55 lbs
- Push and pull up to 55 lbs
- Active movement throughout the day including walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, and reaching
- Close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Finger dexterity for product preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and high-anxiety environment
- Must be able to work with oven temperatures up to 650 degrees
- Must be able to withstand 90-degree heat in summer

Job Duties
- Perform and assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of menu items
- Stock delivery in designated locations using first-in-first-out rotation
- Operate commercial dough and sauce preparation equipment daily
- Maintain daily prep tasks, answer phones, and accurately take and assemble customer orders
- Ensure online portal and delivery orders meet customer promise time
- Perform daily cleaning duties including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, bathroom upkeep, and trash removal
- Perform routine sanitization and disinfection as recommended
- Properly disassemble, clean, and reassemble operational equipment following safety guidelines (18 years or older only)
- Maintain uniform and personal hygiene standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
