Job Requirements
- 18 years or older to clean operational machinery
- May be required to lift up to 55 lbs
- Push and pull up to 55 lbs
- Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Active movement throughout the day including walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching
- Vision including close, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Hearing capable of satisfactory communication
- Finger dexterity needed for product preparation
- Ability to work in moderate noise and fast-paced environments
- Must be able to work with 650 oven temperatures
- Must be able to withstand 90-degree heat in summer

Job Duties
- Accurately perform and assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of menu items
- stock delivery in designated locations with first-in-first-out rotation
- operate commercial equipment for dough and sauce preparation daily
- maintain daily preps, answer phones, accurately take and assemble customer orders
- ensure online portal and online delivery orders meet customer promise time
- perform daily cleaning duties including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping floors, maintaining clean bathrooms and carrying out trash
- perform routine sanitization and disinfection
- properly disassemble, clean, and reassemble operational equipment if 18 years or older while following lock-out tag-out guidelines
- maintain appropriate uniform attire and good personal hygiene
- additional duties as assigned
