Job Requirements
- 18 years or older to clean operational machinery
- Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills

- Active movement throughout the day including walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, and reaching
- Vision requirements including close, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Hearing ability to communicate clearly
- Finger dexterity
- Ability to withstand heat exposure up to 90 degrees
- Must be able to work near 650 oven temperatures

Job Duties
- Accurately perform and assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of Little Caesar menu items
- Stock delivery in designated locations with first-in-first-out rotation
- Operate commercial equipment for dough and sauce preparation daily
- Maintain daily preps, answer phones, accurately take and assemble customer orders
- Ensure online portal and online delivery orders meet customer promise time
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping floors, maintaining clean bathrooms, and carrying out trash as needed
- Perform routine sanitization and disinfection
- Properly disassemble, clean, and reassemble operational equipment following safety guidelines
- Maintain appropriate uniform attire and good personal hygiene
- Additional duties as assigned
