Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground
- Ability to apply pressure to cut through and clean products
- Ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory items
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers including reading, speaking, hearing, and writing
- Ability to understand direction, instructions and product specifications
- Ability to process and complete customer orders
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be dependable and hardworking
- Ability to handle pressure and stress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude towards others
- Ability to understand and follow direction and instructions
- Ability to perform essential job functions
- Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
Job Duties
- Serve customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and telephone and front counter procedures
- Prepare high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures as described in the C.A.R.D.S. materials and station job helpers
- Display proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook or as directed by management
- Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain standards for restaurant image
- Practice safety and security procedures as defined by Little Caesars Orientation and government agencies
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Orientation and Training Handbook and as directed by management
- Receive direction from management team and training materials to effectively perform job duties
- Be proficient at all P.P.P.S. stations and work at different stations as needed
