Job Requirements
- Meet Pennsylvania residency requirement
- Pass a background investigation with no recent felony convictions within the last ten years
- Be able to perform essential job functions including lifting up to 60 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Full-time availability with work hours totaling 75 hours biweekly
- No telework option

Job Qualifications
- One year as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or Liquor Store General Manager 1A or equivalent Federal Government job title
- Two years as a Liquor Store Clerk 2 or equivalent Federal Government job title
- Two years of lead or supervisory retail sales work experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business goals
- Knowledge of retail inventory management and merchandising
- Ability to ensure excellent customer service standards
- Understanding of legal compliance related to alcohol sales
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to train and develop staff
Job Duties
- Lead, direct, and manage all store operations ensuring excellent customer service and business goal achievement
- Oversee and motivate store staff delegating tasks, monitoring work quality, and providing training
- Drive sales initiatives including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, assisting customers, and offering recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Manage inventory levels, product placement, and displays for optimal customer experience
- Handle cash management, sales reporting, and accurate record-keeping per company policies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding alcohol sales
- Collaborate with management on sales and operational strategies
- Participate in employee training and performance management
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Safely lift products including overhead lifting up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Oversee staffing schedules ensuring coverage and operational needs
