Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state

  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Boost revenue, cut costs, and maintain financial health
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Utilize technology and reporting tools to optimize operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly
