Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

  • Proficiency in property management systems and reservation software

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations and VIP requests ensuring personalized guest experiences
  • Track logs, manage messages and packages to maintain operational efficiency
  • Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while ensuring value
  • Lead and train front desk staff fostering a communicative and supportive team environment
  • Resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hospitality standards at all times
