Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
- valid Food Handler's Card
- weekend availability is required
- ability to work 20-29 hours weekly
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grill, oven, and fryer
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
- valid Food Handler's Card
- strong understanding of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards
- ability to operate standard kitchen equipment including grill, oven, and fryer
- excellent knife skills
- knowledge of cooking techniques and portion control

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace throughout the shift including immediate cleanup and regular trash removal
- prepare and stock ingredients such as meats, proteins, cheeses, vegetables, and sauces ensuring proper labeling, dating, and storage
- execute customer orders efficiently and accurately without compromising quality
- coordinate with the Lead Cook at the start and end of shifts regarding prep needs, menu updates, and next-day requirements
