Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
- valid Food Handler's Card
- weekend availability is required
- ability to operate standard kitchen equipment (grill, oven, fryer, etc.)
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to work 20-29 hours weekly

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace throughout your shift, including immediate cleanup and regular trash removal
- prepare and stock ingredients (meats, proteins, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, etc.) and ensure all items are properly labeled, dated, and stored
- execute customer orders efficiently and accurately without compromising quality
- coordinate with the Lead Cook at the start and end of shifts regarding prep needs, menu updates, and next-day requirements
