- knowledge of laundry procedures
- ability to work independently during weekends and holidays
- ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions

Job Duties
- handle, inspect and process new and clean linen stocks
- assemble linen packs and issue linen
- clean and maintain laundry equipment and work areas
- stack linens by folding items
- maximize laundry production by monitoring workload requirements, equipment capacity, and operator availability
- transport laundry containers of soiled and clean linens
- check stock and notify supervisor of supply needs
