Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and transport supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to push and pull linen carts up to 400 pounds
- basic math skills
- good communication skills in English
- experience with inventory management systems preferred
- ability to follow protocols and deadlines with minimal supervision
- attention to detail
- reliable and self-motivated

Job Duties
- Order linen, equipment, and general supplies
- receive and inspect incoming inventory
- distribute and deliver supplies to various UCLA Health facilities
- stock and organize inventory rooms
- maintain accurate documentation and complete physical inventory counts
- collaborate with clinical staff to understand supply needs
- place replenishment orders through handheld devices or third-party software
- reconcile packing slips and adjust PAR levels
- identify opportunities to reduce inventory costs
- lift and transport supplies up to 50 pounds
- push and pull linen carts up to 400 pounds
