Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior relevant experience of 6 months or more including warehouse or stocking preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and operating equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to complete daily logs and reports accurately
- Commitment to sustainability and recycling programs

Job Duties
- Receive daily linen deliveries and deliver daily inventories to all areas requiring linens including Housekeeping, Public Area, Pool Operations, Spa and Salon Operations, Food & Beverage, and Casino requests
- Transport all tower trash and waste to the main trash dock
- Complete all daily assignments and update task sheets and reports daily including Trash/Linen, Receiving, Food, Beverage, Spa/Salon, Pool, Tower Deliver, Restock station
- Perform restock station tasks such as inventory, stocking, logistics, and dispersion
- Stage and organize restocking line according to restock flow including retrieving, staging, and delivering supplies, reserves, and hampers
- Replenish all totes and log the progress and completion
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Complete restock station logs accurately and submit to housekeeping manager
- Communicate operational and inventory/data needs verbally and in written format
- Meet S.H.O.W. Service Basics assisting internal and external guests
- Operate equipment around the Linen Dock such as tuggers, lifts, pallet jacks
- Follow guidelines for rejecting linen and terry consistent with department program
- Use supplies responsibly and participate in sustainability and recycling programs
- Provide excellent service consistent with property’s core service standards and brand attributes
- Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment using good judgment and ability to multi-task
