Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to lift and carry 30 pounds
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with other team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- friendly and able to smile during shifts
- able to follow recipes and food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- safely and correctly operate all equipment
- use chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- ensure all products are stored properly at appropriate levels
- prepare and sell food that meets all food quality indicators and guest expectations
- sell food within recommended time frames
- prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification
- control costs by following prep sheets to ensure the freshest product and eliminate waste
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas
- maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
- clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
- empty kitchen trash and clean trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious work climate
- be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
