Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
- ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with team members
- self-motivated and disciplined
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends

- ability to follow recipes and prepare food to specification

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- safely operate all kitchen equipment
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- ensure all products are stored properly in correct locations at appropriate levels
- prepare and sell food that meets quality indicators and guest expectations
- sell food within recommended time frames
- prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
- control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and eliminate waste
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas
- maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
- clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- be friendly and smile while working
- clearly communicate with team members
- dress neat, clean, and professional at all times
