Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Discipline and self-motivation
- Friendly demeanor and ability to smile during shifts
- Adherence to dress guidelines and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Deliver unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Ensure proper storage of all products in correct locations at appropriate levels
- Prepare and sell food that meets all quality indicators and guest expectations
- Cook all food items by recipe and to specification
- Control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshest product and eliminate waste
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and stations
- Clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
- Empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relationships to foster cooperative and harmonious climate
- Smile and be friendly while working days, nights and/or weekends
- Communicate clearly with other team members
- Follow dress guidelines and maintain neat and professional appearance
- Be self-motivated and disciplined
