Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to clearly communicate with team members
  • Discipline and self-motivation
  • Friendly demeanor and ability to smile during shifts
  • Adherence to dress guidelines and professional appearance
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Deliver unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • Ensure proper storage of all products in correct locations at appropriate levels
  • Prepare and sell food that meets all quality indicators and guest expectations
  • Cook all food items by recipe and to specification
  • Control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshest product and eliminate waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and stations
  • Clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • Empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Maintain favorable working relationships to foster cooperative and harmonious climate
  • Smile and be friendly while working days, nights and/or weekends
  • Communicate clearly with other team members
  • Follow dress guidelines and maintain neat and professional appearance
  • Be self-motivated and disciplined
