Job Requirements

  • work in noisy, fast paced environment
  • stand and move about facility for long periods
  • lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • walk or stand for entire shift
  • perform physical tasks including reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
  • comply with all safety and sanitation policies

Job Qualifications

  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with team members
  • friendly demeanor with a smile
  • disciplined and self-motivated
  • able to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
  • adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
  • safely operate all kitchen equipment
  • use chemicals correctly for safety and cost control
  • ensure proper storage of all products
  • prepare and sell food that meets quality indicators
  • prepare and cook food items by recipe
  • control costs by following prep sheets
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
  • maintain station cleanliness
  • clean kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • work days, nights and weekends as required
  • communicate clearly with team members
  • be disciplined and self-motivated
  • dress neatly and professionally
