- Obtain and maintain gaming license in California and Arizona
- Three years of line cook and food service experience
- One year supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Supervise line cook staff overseeing food preparation and cooking
- Ensure quality control of menu items served
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional kitchen environment
- Enforce appearance and uniform standards
- Manage supplies and service ware inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Coordinate with Banquet and Hotel Departments for event functions
- Perform subordinate duties as needed
