Job Requirements

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Acceptable driving record with capability to operate motor vehicles
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Zero tolerance drug-free employer including pre-employment and random screening
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to perform bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping, and climbing a ladder
  • Must be insurable by company insurance (clean driving record)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
  • Prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, on phone, and via radio communications
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Entry level position

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival
  • Coordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft such as fueling, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, delivering catering
  • Marshalling, towing and positioning aircraft on the ramp and in hangars
  • Perform fuel movement tasks including quality control, disposal, and paperwork
  • Conduct daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
  • Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations
  • Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
