Job Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Acceptable driving record with capability to operate motor vehicles
- Ability to pass a background check
- Zero tolerance drug-free employer including pre-employment and random screening
- Must be physically able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping, and climbing a ladder
- Must be insurable by company insurance (clean driving record)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
- Prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, on phone, and via radio communications
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Entry level position
Job Duties
- Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival
- Coordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft such as fueling, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, delivering catering
- Marshalling, towing and positioning aircraft on the ramp and in hangars
- Perform fuel movement tasks including quality control, disposal, and paperwork
- Conduct daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
- Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations
- Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
