- Physical ability to use ladders, work stands, jacks
- Able to lift, carry, or move items up to 50 lbs
- Work under various weather conditions on ramp and hangar

- General aviation knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of TFBO sales and inventory software preferred
- Ability to use ladders, work stands, and jacks

- Experience in aircraft care and ground support operations
Job Duties
- Ensure FAA and TSA regulations compliance at all times
- Marshal aircraft using international hand signals
- Provide exemplary customer service to all flight arrivals
- Maintain fuel storage farm and follow quality control procedures
- Drive refueling trucks and towing equipment
- Fuel reciprocating engine airplanes and helicopters using fuel trucks
- Assist passengers with luggage loading and unloading
- Maintain two-way communication with customer service desk using radios
- Tow aircraft for servicing, repairs, storage, or parking
- Clean ground support vehicles and equipment as needed
- Operate ground power unit for external electrical power
- Deliver coffee, ice, catering to customers
- Coordinate all activities and work assigned by supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and maintain safe working environment
- Perform light equipment maintenance and airport facility upkeep
- Care for aircraft including wash and wax rotation
- Perform hangar maintenance tasks
- Provide administrative assistance
- Run parts and materials as needed
- Maintain shop equipment
