Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional mathematical skills
- Physically able to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to perform frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate ground support equipment safely
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of various aircraft types and servicing a plus
Job Duties
- Responsible for all aircraft and ramp coordination during assigned shifts
- Delegate and assign duties to qualified personnel
- Monitor progress and assess results
- Responsible for monitoring work of the Line Service Technicians on duty during assigned shifts
- Assist Line Manager and Line Technician Trainer with training new employees
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures managing employees in Manager’s or Supervisor’s absence
- Maintain shift reports and related paperwork
- Understand and exemplify partnership values at Modern Aviation
- Promote and maintain a positive image of Modern Aviation to personnel, vendors, and community
- Ensure safe operations protecting customers, staff, and equipment
- Assist passengers and flight crews with professional service exceeding expectations
- Responsible for movement, placement, storage, de-icing, and fueling of aircraft
- Operate various aircraft ground support equipment
- Maintain ramp awareness regarding aircraft and weather conditions
- Perform work with minimal supervision
- Make sound decisions consistent with policies and safety regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by shift-lead or Line Manager
- Understand exposure to hazardous noise, chemicals, machinery, and weather conditions
