Job Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player attitude
- Quick learner
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills with ability to escalate when necessary
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Successful security and motor records check
- Ability to pass non-DOT physical exam
- Certain positions may require a credit check

Job Duties
- Fueling aircraft safely and efficiently
- Towing and parking aircraft as required
- Servicing aircraft including cleaning and routine maintenance support
- Maintaining safety protocols on the ramp
- Providing excellent customer service to pilots and passengers
- Assisting with aircraft marshaling and ground operations
- Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors
