Job Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills with ability to escalate when necessary
  • Ability to work in inclement weather
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Successful security and motor records check
  • Ability to pass non-DOT physical exam
  • Certain positions may require a credit check

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Fueling aircraft safely and efficiently
  • Towing and parking aircraft as required
  • Servicing aircraft including cleaning and routine maintenance support
  • Maintaining safety protocols on the ramp
  • Providing excellent customer service to pilots and passengers
  • Assisting with aircraft marshaling and ground operations
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors
