Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license in the state of employment
pass FAA drug and alcohol testing
pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks
provide excellent customer service
complete NATA Safety First and Clay Lacy Aviation training
ability to perform manual tasks including facility cleaning, vehicle washing, and aircraft window cleaning
available to work flexible hours including overtime, holidays, and graveyard shifts
able to work without direct supervision
comfortable working outdoors day, night and in all weather conditions
follow safety procedures and company policies

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to make decisions with multiple objectives
ability to follow oral and written directions
ability to work without direct management supervision
comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
basic computer skills
basic math skills
able to reason, analyze, and solve problems
read, write, comprehend, and speak English
able to prioritize and multitask in a distracting environment

Job Duties

Fuel aircraft in accordance with ATA Specifications 103 and AirBP GAFO Standards
marshal aircraft under direct supervision
ensure aircraft are chocked and secure
effectively and safely communicate information and instructions verbally and/or via radio equipment
aircraft lavatory and potable water service
safely operate refueling trucks up to 10,000 gallons
load and unload baggage
assist pilots with aircraft pre and post flight services
top off fuel trucks and complete proper fuel farm paperwork
operate light ground support equipment
provide basic security duties to people and property
direct people, drivers and flight crews on ramp area
drive company and client vehicles off site
assist other departments as required including facility and hangar cleaning
other duties and tasks as assigned
