Job Requirements

  • high school graduate or equivalent required
  • previous line service, aviation and/or customer service experience preferred
  • commitment to safety and security procedures
  • forklift certification
  • tow qualified
  • FAR 139 training qualified (will provide on the job training for certifications and equipment handling)
  • must be able to pass employment background check
  • valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • regularly scheduled attendance required
  • routinely lifts 50 lbs., occasionally lifts 100 lbs.
  • reads small print
  • hearing sounds associated with mechanical deficiencies
  • repetitive motion
  • works with moving parts and vibration
  • works in heights above four feet
  • tolerates standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing and sitting
  • tolerates working in extreme temperatures and noisy environments
  • must be available for all shifts

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or equivalent
  • previous line service, aviation and/or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • strong customer service skills and a professional appearance
  • experience with ground support equipment (GSE) is a plus
  • flexibility to work alternate shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • park aircraft and greet passengers and crew promptly and professionally
  • perform requested services such as fueling and aircraft movements with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times with customers and colleagues
  • clean and maintain buildings, fuel equipment, and ground servicing equipment to ensure operational readiness
  • receive fuel, perform required tests, and maintain daily paperwork for quality checks
  • fill jet and avgas trucks, maintain fuel and fluid levels for ground support equipment (GSE), courtesy, and ramp vehicles, and assist with general fuel farm upkeep
  • serve as front desk back-up, manage fuel farm operations, provide on-the-job training to less experienced representatives, and handle inventory control
  • monitor ramp and facility for safety and security, assess situations, and respond appropriately
  • perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure smooth operations
