Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent required
- previous line service, aviation and/or customer service experience preferred
- commitment to safety and security procedures
- forklift certification
- tow qualified
- FAR 139 training qualified (will provide on the job training for certifications and equipment handling)
- must be able to pass employment background check
- valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- regularly scheduled attendance required
- routinely lifts 50 lbs., occasionally lifts 100 lbs.
- reads small print
- hearing sounds associated with mechanical deficiencies
- repetitive motion
- works with moving parts and vibration
- works in heights above four feet
- tolerates standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing and sitting
- tolerates working in extreme temperatures and noisy environments
- must be available for all shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or equivalent
- previous line service, aviation and/or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- strong customer service skills and a professional appearance
- experience with ground support equipment (GSE) is a plus
- flexibility to work alternate shifts as needed
Job Duties
- park aircraft and greet passengers and crew promptly and professionally
- perform requested services such as fueling and aircraft movements with a focus on customer satisfaction
- maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times with customers and colleagues
- clean and maintain buildings, fuel equipment, and ground servicing equipment to ensure operational readiness
- receive fuel, perform required tests, and maintain daily paperwork for quality checks
- fill jet and avgas trucks, maintain fuel and fluid levels for ground support equipment (GSE), courtesy, and ramp vehicles, and assist with general fuel farm upkeep
- serve as front desk back-up, manage fuel farm operations, provide on-the-job training to less experienced representatives, and handle inventory control
- monitor ramp and facility for safety and security, assess situations, and respond appropriately
- perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure smooth operations
