Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- experience working in fast-paced environment preferred
- must be insurable by insurance company
- acceptable driving record
- zero tolerance drug free employer including pre-employment and random screening
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
- willingness to work shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, grip and climb a ladder
- ability to operate radio communications

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- customer service experience preferred
- prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
- basic mathematical knowledge
- effective communication skills in person, on phone and radio
- ability to operate motor vehicle with clean driving record
- ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to pass a background check
- bi-lingual preferred
Job Duties
- Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival
- coordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services such as fueling, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, delivering catering
- marshal, tow and position aircraft on the ramp and in hangars
- manage fuel movement including quality control, disposal and paperwork
- perform daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
- maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations
- drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
- participate in monthly crew meetings
- complete annual re-current training
