Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds
  • able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
  • experience working in fast-paced environment preferred
  • must be insurable by insurance company
  • acceptable driving record
  • zero tolerance drug free employer including pre-employment and random screening
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
  • willingness to work shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to bend, stoop, squat, grip and climb a ladder
  • ability to operate radio communications
  • entry level position

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • customer service experience preferred
  • prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • basic mathematical knowledge
  • effective communication skills in person, on phone and radio
  • ability to operate motor vehicle with clean driving record
  • ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to pass a background check
  • bi-lingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival
  • coordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services such as fueling, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, delivering catering
  • marshal, tow and position aircraft on the ramp and in hangars
  • manage fuel movement including quality control, disposal and paperwork
  • perform daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
  • maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations
  • drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
  • participate in monthly crew meetings
  • complete annual re-current training
